North County CrossFit Total

We had a blast today running the CrossFit Total workout.  At two and a half hours, it was like running our own little powerlifting meet.  Big shouts out to everybody and their awesome displays of max strength!

    And the results are in. Squat numbers first, followed by press and finally deadlift. All weights are in pounds.

    Amanda: 165 + 66 + 165 = 396
    Jamie: 158.4 + 77 + 201.4 = 436.8
    Tonya: 136.4 + 70.4 + 165 = 371.8
    Donovan: 275 + 115 + 275 = 665
    Kevin: 265 + 110 + 285 = 660
    Tony: 315 + 145 + 405 = 865

    Outstanding effort. Early January is a good time to benchmark raw strength like this. Expect a retest sometime next quarter. Meanwhile, get stronger!!
